Your privacy is important, and in this statement I have set out the ways in which your data is used, shared and managed in line with the data protection act 1998 (DPA) and the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

 

The data collected from you is managed by Eleanor Ainslie Artistry.

 

When you provide your personal information you consent for me to record and store this data in a way that is compliant with the current GDPR guidelines. I have a legal obligation to retain your records for seven years after your most recent appointment. After this time your records will be destroyed in a method compliant with GDPR.

 

A copy of the data we have stored for you can be provided at any time. You also have the option to have your data amended or destroyed. Please feel free to contact eleanorainslie@hotmail.com should you have questions about how your data is stored and managed.

 

What data is collected: 

• Your full name 

• Information regarding your health which is relevant to your treatment

• Contact information including home address, email address and phone number 

• Other information relevant to customer experience including photos, videos and testimonials 

 

Why I collect your data:

• To ensure that there are no contraindications to your booking

• Management of your booking 

• Occasional social media advertising

 

Where your data is stored:

• Records retained on paper are kept in a locked cabinet and are only accessible my myself

• Records retained on my booking software Setmore is password protected and is only accessible by myself
